The 2023 Point-In-Time Count of San Bernardino County’s homeless population, conducted on January 26, was a joint effort of the San Bernardino County Homeless Partnership, the San Bernardino County Community Revitalization – Office of Homeless Services, and the Institute for Urban Initiatives. The results of the count help determine how much assistance the county receives from the federal government to address homelessness. More than 800 volunteers distributed hygiene kits and resource information to unsheltered individuals throughout San Bernardino County during the 2023 Point-In-Time Count.
